- Grapes: Sangiovese 80%, Canaiolo 10%, Colorino 10%
- Wine-making: Fermentation into contact with the rinds of 18-20 days at a temperature of 28-30 degrees
- Ripening and refining: In 30 q. oak casks for minimun 4 years, afterwards in bottle.
- Colour: Intense ruby red.
- Scents: Primary of wood fruit, cherry, secondary of spices with vanilla prevalence
- Serve at: 65°F.
